I was on my way to somewhere when I took a turn as I sometimes do from “time after time”, when I came across some “fields of gold” and stopped to pick some golden barley, as I usually do, cause that’s who I am, “I can only be me”, and there you stood with your golden hair, singing one of Voo’s favorite songs. I had to stand there and stare. Well then it amazed me as “You took my breath away”, and I stood by and started to cry cause this “Songbird” kept singing like never before, I was mesmerized! Then I realized there “Ain’t no sunshine” to brighten her day but I know I know I know, I know she needed some “True colors” so I got her a box of crayons to hold her over, but as you can imagine, some dude named “Danny Boy” ruined it for me when he came along and said, “c’mon honey, it’s our ‘Anniversary’ and I’m takin you to the dance”, at which point she said to me, “I know you by heart” and I know you’ll wait for me, so meet me by the old oak tree later and you’ll find me under a pile of “Autumn Leaves 🍁” staring at some birds as they fly “Over the rainbow” chasing a “Nightbird” as she flies alone, but she’ll be alright when she crosses that “Bridge over troubled waters” and she’ll lead the way. So tell all the people, “People get ready” to rumblllllllllle!

First time I ever heard her, I started crying it was so moving. Then I
started collecting everything I could find by her and then I found out
she had passed away from cancer before I ever heard her which made it doubably touching.
She's great! It's sad that she died so young in life. I was scrolling through some blogs and saw this one and was taken in by her sweet voice. Then the fun began and this whatever you call it came out of nowhere. You left all the ingredients there for baking up a heinz 57 poem. I had a blast making it up.
