FINDING YOU AGAIN .... contains soundtrack music player

These three pieces of music are exquisite and make the reading of the poem like a movie playing in your mind. Read slowly and savor all the nuances and by the end of the poem you should be at the end of the last song if you time it right!!!! It's pure Magic!!!
Depending on how fast or slowly you read, I suggest you let the first song play almost to the end to absorb the nuances and get into the right frame of mind. The third song should take you to the very end of the write. You'll see what I mean....

"Finding You Again"

Where are you, my love?
What sea has taken you to foreign shores
To mountains I cannot traverse, nor valleys
Will I not see the face again that I adore?

The eyes that shone with love for me at meeting
The heart that beat in rhythm with my own?
The arms of steel that reached as I lay weeping
Grasped me up and welcomed me to home.

Where are you tonight, my best beloved?
What fate has befallen you alone out there?
What woe has stilled your golden voice from calling
And kept your running feet from coming here?

Send word to me by messenger or raven
On the backs of steeds or in the mouths of fish
Send me word before I die of longing
Before my heart forgets to hope or wish.

Can you feel me reaching for you now?
My fingers blindly groping in the dark
Touching naught but voids all full of nothing
Seeing not a flicker or a spark.

So long, so long, dear heart,  have I been waiting
Standing by the sad and silent shore
Watching for a sign there in the blue skies
Thinking you don't love me anymore.

But surely it's a demon whispering to me
Surely, it cannot be true or fact
If you are lost then my love must go on searching
To the ends of all of the earth to bring you back.

I cry, I cry with tears of endless yearning
I weep with sorrow from a broken heart
I need, I need to know where you are hiding
And what thing conspires to keep our souls apart.

The whispering winds can carry my words to you
Surely, God will send them to your ears
He formed the two of us to be together
He can't approve of all this suffering here.

See how the butterflies cling to my teardrops!
They try to wipe my loneliness away
They kiss me with their tiny, fragile wings now
And wave back to me as they fly away.

And look! See how the roses grow around me!
They caress my skin and leave their sweet perfume
A sky lark perches on a tree branch swaying
And sings to me, "Don't weep, you'll see him soon."

What hope leaps in my heart from out of nowhere!
What love surrounds me from an unknown source
I hear a sound that's coming from a distance
Like pounding hooves...and there it is, the horse!

And on it's back, a man clad in white raiment
I raise my hands to Heaven that God's heard
But when he reaches me, he is a stranger
And he says to me, "I bring you word.

The one you love was wounded in the battle
He clings to life by just a slender thread
But for your love he's held on by sheer willing
By all accounts he should have been long dead."

And all my heart and all my soul cries for you
With bitter tears that fall like torrent rain
I run to the horse and man who pulls me upward
Who seems to feel my heartbreak and my pain.

And on we ride through other-worldly sunlight
Through forests I have never seen before
To a castle tall and shining just before us
And to gates of pearl that I've read about in lore.

The man in white deposits me to others
Who smile at me and take my trembling hand
"He waited for the day that you could join him"
They say to me and lead me to the man.

And there you are and there I am in Heaven!
You hold out your arms to me with shining eyes
I didn't know I'd passed from life to death
I didn't know and I did not ask why.

You walk me down a pathway to a garden
Filled with flowers and bird song and with love
You touch my face and whisper how you love me
And joy rains down on us from skies above.

My love, my ever love, we are together
From life to death and life again it seems
I do not breathe for I'm afraid I'll waken
And find that we live only in my dreams.

TRUST is the highest form of praise

most beautiful melody
I ever heard

Trust song given by the Spirit
sung by Voo

The light I give you....don't hide it....share it and it will grow..
Use Your Gifts......................
Don't keep them hidden.......
My light in you will cover the Earth.............
Follow the Light...............always
and it will lead you to the secret city....your heavenly home....
That only those full of my light may see manifested..........
You need only to trust in my words..............
And BELIEVE.................to enter in..............

Thank you for trusting Me, welcome home!

My Kingdom I'll provide you.....
When you give the highest form of praise.....
your trust.

Words to the Song

Come children, dance before me
Come worship and adore me
Come lay your lives before me
In the highest form of praise.

Come sing me hallelujah
And I'll give blessings to ya
Overtake and pursue you
When you give the highest form of praise.

Come let me live inside you
Direct you, teach and guide you
My kingdom I'll provide you
When you give the highest form of praise.

What is this thing you ask Me?
What do you tell and task me?
Your TRUST is all I'm asking......
That's the highest form of praise.

Your Trust is all I'm asking
That's the highest form of Praise.

********************************

And when I asked Him exactly what He meant
He said, If you know someone trusts you with all their
heart, don't you feel highly praised by that knowledge?
If a little child trusts you to always be there and take
care of them and you know that, do you need any other praise
from them to make you feel loved?
No, Trust is the highest form of praise
Absolute trust in Me as your Father is all the praise I need
from you and all I ask.

HABIBI (my love)

Habibi

Eyes as black as night
And skin like caramelized sugar
In a thawb as white as clouds
In an azure sky
You appeared like a vision
To my hungry eyes.

I watched you walk
Through the gardens
And the vines seemed
To reach for you
With tiny green fingers
That I wished were mine.

Everywhere there was
The scent of flowers
And spices, rare and fragrant
Floated in the air
Above your head
And trailed behind you
In the dust.

You moved like a lion
Regal and  confident
Like a Prince
Yet somehow, approachable
Even as I shrank back
Into the roses
And the shadow's embrace.

You carried something
In your hand
Wrapped in silk
And tied with ribbon
And all my friends who watched you
Wished it was for them.

Pretending to be busy
With chore or garden,
They looked away
And bent round
With their baskets
And giggled in their hands.

"Habibti!" I heard you call out
And my heart melted in my breast
"Come forth, Little Flower
I have a gift I have brought you!"
And all the girls looked at me
With daggers in their eyes
And wished they could be me.

Pulling you back into the arbor,
You laughed and dropped your gift
And took me in your arms
"Why are you hiding, my heart?
Why are you always playing games?"

And my dark eyes looked up into yours
And my soul joined with yours
As it did every time we met
And longed to be permanently
And eternally joined.

"Have you been weeping, Jameela?"
You asked,
Looking closely at my face
"Who has made my Yar Amar cry?"
You asked, alarmed and I tried to hide my tears
"It's nothing, Habibi." I say
"Nothing, my Ishq, all is well."

But all was not well but how could
I tell you, my Ha Rouhi
That my father had taken all hope away
With his sudden announcement
At the noon meal.

"I have found you a husband, Noor."
He said matter-of-factly
As I passed him the bread
With my eyes cast low
My mother clapped her hands
And smiled like the moon
When it is full.

"Sa ha!" she exclaimed happily
Flitting around the room like a butterfly
Intisar with joy at the thought
Of her only daughter being wed
And never knowing that I was already wed
In my heart.

"Habibi! My Habibi!" I cried
And threw myself into your arms
"I can't believe what my father has done to me!"
"What? What?" you asked loudly
And shook my by the arms
"What has your father done to you, Roohi?"

"Qalbi! Qalbi!, I will die, I will die!"
I wept, panic taking hold of me
"I will not marry anyone else! Never, never, never!"
And I collapsed on the green grass
At your feet.

You stood there in stunned silence
For many long eternities
As I died and was reborn over and over again
Only to die again of a broken heart.

You picked the silk wrapped package
Off the ground and held it in your hands
Trying to make sense of what I was telling you
Wondering what you would say to me
When I stopped crying.

And then a smile broke out on your handsome face
Like the sun breaking through the clouds
And you grabbed me up in your arms
And danced me 'round and 'round.

"Have you gone mad?" I shouted at you
And all the girls in the gardens looked up sharply
And all around to see what the conflict was
Hoping that it was you setting me free
So that they might take my place.

"Jameela, roohi, love of my life!" you said
And tore open the package,
Took out a bracelet of rubies,
And slipped it on my wrist
As I looked at you like a mad man.

"It is I."
"It is I that your father wishes you to marry!
My father has been meeting with him all week
And I was just told of their decision this morning!"

Hardly believing my ears, I stood there
Covering my huge smile with my hands
Then I stretched out my arm
To admire the bracelet.

And then I grabbed your hand
And we went running through the gardens
Like children, laughing like children
While all my jealous friends watched
And swore, un-lady-like underneath their breath.
