The Only Thing Harder
The Only Thing Harder
Nobody ever said
That living was easy
The only thing harder than living
Is loving
The only thing harder than loving
Is living without loving
The only thing harder than
Living without loving
Is not living
And while not living
Usually means
You're un-alive
It goes without saying
In the deepest sense
That being un-alive
Is simply existing
Without knowing love
And there's nothing
Harder than that.
