And The Moon Melted The moon rose high up in the sky Without a single sound The wind like silk, embraced our shadows Lying on the ground. Your lips, wine stained, delicious Devoured mine hungrily And your dark eyes of paradise Made my eyes, Eden, see. The soft waves, ebbing slowly As the sea, it's symphony, played A dark background with silver gleaming While my heart, at your feet, laid. Your questioning eyes, my questioning sighs Asked questions without words And our hearts, in answer, in rhythm, shouted What only two hearts had heard. Your hand, upon my chin, to raise My face up to your glance You kissed me softly like a whisper And our feet began to dance. For music then sprang from everything With no musician hidden there And the night clouds parted, silently fleeing To reveal the bright moon there. The love that shone as night moved on All of our sadness, shattered And we forgot our pasts and forgot our pain Knowing now was all that mattered. And the moon, knowing much about love herself, smiled As you melted yourself into me And the moon, who loved those dark silvery waters Melted herself into the sea.
This song is a magic song. If you listen at least three times it becomes part of you and you're addicted to it. sounds incredible with headphones.
Running With TheWolves
Running with the wolves In forests dark as night We wait to play and sleep all day Keeping out of sight. But when the wolf moon peeks it's head Out behind the cloud We run so fast and howl for joy And we sing our songs loud. The other humans run away They do not understand How wolf and woman can become friends (But they're only mortal man.) They do not know the way we feel When the wildness in our blood Begins to blaze up like a fire A fire that feels so good. We have to run, we have to howl We have to set it free My brother wolves, my sister wolves (And none as wild as me.) A wolf inside when I was a child Not knowing what I was Wanting so to just let go And scream out just because. But I kept my secrets locked inside And did it well, it's true Not knowing another with his wildness hidden Was there till I met you. ❤
