There I was standing on the beach, “Wide awake and dreaming” while listening to the “relaxing Waves” and lookin across the ocean wide wondering if she was thinking of me.
ReplyDeleteFor a moment I thought I could see her standing on the shore looking for me. Then she started walkin’ , yes indeed she was talkin’ as she walked along the beach.
She must’ve caught a glimpse of me because she were jumping up and down , waving her arms back and forth trying to get my attention! (Women are always doing that to me)
Then she stopped and looked across the ocean blue for another glimpse of me.
She must’ve seen me, I suspect, because she started disrobing and running in my direction.
And that’s when I started running towards her. (Mama didn’t raise no dummy!)
When we finally met up, she just could not take her eyes off of me... I knew she couldn’t resist! Women never do!
As the sun was setting, so was she!
Well, she threw her arms around my neck and gave me a big squeeze!
So we stood there on the shore “Holding Hands” lookin at how big the ocean is.
As we sat on the beach watching the sunset, this other girl, lying on the beach just a ways down, started looking at me. I knew I was an interesting guy, cause it happens all the time, and knew I had to make a move, so I held her even tighter to make the other girl see I wasn’t interested but she stood up and profiled me with her profile!
Well she started making tracks my way! Then I noticed two sets of tracks in the sand.
That’s when I decided to make you a heart in the sand with the word “Love” in the middle of it.
Right after that we stood facing each other, so the other woman would get the message!
Well she decided to light a candle and then started doing a little dance, trying to get my attention, which she did for a moment.
Then I heard the guy who looked like Tom Jones, start telling me, “It’s not unusual to be loved by anyone!”
I gave him the thumbs up and turned back around and kept looking across the ocean while “Listening to those relaxing waves!

DeleteYou’re welcome! And I’m glad you’re feeling better! I haven’t had the flu in many many years! 2010 I think! I was down for over a week! No fun at all......just keep hydrated!
